Sales Representative 13520 South Kenton Ave, Crestwood, Illinois 60445 TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn‑care needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to new and existing customers with professionalism, energy, and sincere communication. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care requirements. Convert prospects who are “just looking” into signed agreements using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using the CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell customers, demonstrating how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income $875–$1,200 per week. Paid training and ongoing development.
