Commercial Insurance Account Intake Specialist Insured ASAP is a growing independent insurance agency specializing in personal and commercial insurance solutions. We work with business owners, drivers, contractors, transportation companies, auto dealers, and other clients who need fast, accurate, and professional insurance assistance. Our office is actively using technology, automation, and AI to improve how insurance applications are prepared, how quotes are reviewed, and how clients are serviced. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist with commercial insurance intake, application preparation, quote presentation, and client communication. Commercial insurance experience is not required . The right candidate with a basic understanding of property and casualty insurance, including personal lines insurance, will be trained. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, able to communicate professionally by email, and willing to learn how AI and modern tools are being used inside a growing insurance agency. Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Intake new commercial insurance leads by phone, email, text, and online forms Gather required information from prospects and clients Prepare commercial insurance applications for review and quoting Assist with organizing documents, forms, and client information Present insurance quotes to clients in a clear and professional manner Communicate with insureds by phone and email Follow up with clients regarding missing information, quotes, documents, and next steps Help maintain accurate notes and records in the agency management system Use AI tools to assist with organizing information, drafting communications, reviewing applications, and improving workflow Multitask between calls, emails, client follow-ups, and internal office tasks Support the agency team with daily commercial insurance workflow Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Basic understanding of property and casualty insurance Familiarity with personal lines insurance preferred Commercial insurance experience is helpful, but not required Ability and willingness to learn commercial insurance Ability to use AI tools or willingness to learn how to use them effectively Strong communication skills by phone and email Good organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Professional attitude with clients and coworkers Dependability and strong follow-through Comfort working with computers, online forms, email, and office software What We Offer Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Training for the right candidate Opportunity to learn commercial insurance Exposure to modern insurance technology and AI tools Growth opportunity inside a forward-thinking independent insurance agency Hands‑on experience working with business insurance clients Why This Role Is Different At Insured ASAP, we are building a more advanced way to intake, prepare, and present insurance applications and quotes.
