Procurement Specialist

Role The Procurement Senior Specialist manages spend within assigned categories through strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management. Responsibilities Execute sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs), conduct market research, support cost analysis and spend reporting, and ensure supplier onboarding and contract compliance. Lead process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and develop long-term category strategies. Facilitate negotiations, manage legal agreements, and build cross-functional relationships to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; 2-5 years of procurement experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Ariba, or ERP systems; strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills; understanding of strategic sourcing and category management. Key Attributes Customer-focused, collaborative, results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details No direct reports; responsible for spend analysis, risk assessment, and supplier performance metrics. Hybrid work model, with occasional travel and overtime.
