Deine Aufgaben

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studiengangs sowie über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im AI Engineering
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktionsreifer AI-Lösungen und skalierbarer End-to-End-Architekturen von der Konzeption über Proof of Concepts und Pilotierungen bis hin zum produktiven Betrieb zeichnet Dich aus.
Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner AI-Technologien und -Architekturen bringst Du insbesondere im Umfeld von Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vektordatenbanken und multimodalen Modellen mit
Zudem verfügst Du über Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Bereitstellungsmodellen für AI-Lösungen, von Eigenentwicklungen über Open-Source-Komponenten bis hin zu kommerziellen Plattformen und SaaS-Lösungen. Dabei verstehst Du die technischen, regulatorischen und wirtschaftlichen Trade-offs
Die Analyse komplexer technischer Anforderungen sowie die Entwicklung belastbarer Lösungsarchitekturen gehören ebenso zu Deinen Stärken wie die fundierte Bewertung technologischer Chancen, Risiken und Architekturentscheidungen
Ausgeprägte Cloud- und Software-Engineering-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in AWS, Python, API- und Service-Architekturen, Container-Technologien, CI/CD sowie MLOps- und LLMOps-Konzepten, runden Dein Profil ab
Nicht zuletzt überzeugst Du durch eine souveräne Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen, IT- und Architekturteams, übernimmst technische Verantwortung in Initiativen und treibst die Einführung neuer AI-Technologien und Best Practices aktiv voran
