Transaction Attorney

The Salt Lake City office of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. is seeking a corporate and transaction attorney with excellent experience to join our sophisticated Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of solid sophisticated experience in the areas of corporate, securities, financing, governance, M&A, and general business transactions.
