Programmer Analyst

The CA Gen Programmer/Programmer Analyst II is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using CA Gen and related technologies to meet business requirements. This role involves programming, analysis, and support within a technical environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of application programming and analysis experience.
• Proven experience with CA Gen version 8.5 or higher (minimum 3 years).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Five or more years of experience developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Two or more years of experience with Java, C++, and Struts Framework.
• Five or more years of experience with service management processes and tools.
• Three or more years of experience with SSRS reporting tools.
• Two or more years of experience working in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Five or more years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Two or more years of experience with Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
• Experience supporting public sector healthcare applications in Canadian provincial contexts (minimum 3 months).
