A nonprofit organization in Leicester, Massachusetts seeks dedicated staff to support individuals in achieving a high quality of life while ensuring their safety. You will implement Positive Behavior Supports, assist individuals with daily living activities, and provide transportation for community involvement. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Experience in a residential setting is preferred.
