Senior Associate Auditor

Our client is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join their growing Audit & Assurance team. In this role, you will partner closely with Audit Managers and firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service, manage audit engagements, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the firm's continued success. You will play a key role in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and building lasting client relationships. Job Requirements: Our ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or CPA-eligible, with a minimum of three years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance. In addition, qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree or advanced degree preferred. CPA eligibility required; active CPA license preferred. Three (3)+ years of public accounting experience with multiple busy seasons in audit and assurance, including experience leading engagements as a Senior Associate or equivalent. Experience serving clients within construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology, and/or mergers & acquisitions (M&A) environments is highly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining exceptional quality and client service. Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, ethical standards, and delivering projects on time. Proficiency with audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
