Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the supervision of tax return preparation engagements and take on more advanced tax return projects Complete tax returns without major revisions from supervising professionals Begin developing a command of pertinent IRS sections and regulations Become proficient at tax research, including knowledge of the reference sources available to the firm Recognize additional opportunities to expand service offerings to clients Assist in the development of budgets for jobs Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
