HVAC General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager
San Antonio, TX
$110,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
A leading HVAC services organization is seeking an experienced General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across residential and commercial service teams. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving efficiency, team performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
The successful General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager will be responsible for improving operational execution, developing high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality service across multiple departments.
General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager Benefits:

General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and support functions
- Drive operational improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key business performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leadership on staffing, resource planning, and growth initiatives
- Improve processes, procedures, and accountability standards across teams
- Support financial performance through effective labor management, cost control, and operational planning
- Utilize reporting systems and technology platforms to analyze performance and make informed decisions
- Coach, mentor, and develop field and office teams
- Assist with resolving escalated customer and operational challenges
General Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager Requirements:
- 7+ years of HVAC or field-service industry experience
- Proven leadership experience managing service-based operations
- Strong understanding of HVAC workflows, profitability drivers, and operational performance
- Experience leading technicians, installers, dispatch, and support teams
- Familiarity with field-service management software and operational reporting tools
- HVAC technical background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; business or technical degree preferred
