Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift
Angola, Indiana

Pro Resources Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates for the position of Assembly Operator. Our local partner is a leader in tube manipulation and in designing, manufacturing, and assembling fuel delivery systems. In this role, you will follow work instructions to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies, ensuring proper fit and quality for the final product. This position may include both hand assembly and machine assembly, requiring attention to detail and precision.

Shift and Pay
Second Shift 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday
17 dollars per hour

Job Responsibilities
Read and understand instructions and follow established procedures
Gather materials and equipment needed to complete the job
Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit of components
Select or modify components based on specifications
Align materials and assemble parts to create finished units
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and efficiency
Track production quantities and time

Job Requirements
Previous assembly experience preferred especially in a manufacturing environment
Ability to use hand tools and learn to operate machinery
Strong attention to quality and detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Must wear safety glasses ear plugs and closed toe shoes no steel toes required
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
