Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Driver in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a commercial real estate location through visible unarmed patrols, routine inspections, and professional communication with tenants and visitors. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the opportunity to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
