Lead Analyst, FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP), IT

Johnson & Johnson

Lead Analyst position supporting Enterprise IT financial planning and analysis at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson). The role delivers financial insights, planning leadership, and decision support to IT leadership across operations, projects, and transformation initiatives in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and executive-ready reporting for Enterprise IT leaders with actionable insights
Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for IT investments
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews analyzing actuals versus plan with variance explanations
Drive cost optimization and value-capture initiatives across Enterprise IT operations
Prepare concise financial narratives and recommendations for leadership and governance forums

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
5+ years progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or analytical role experience
Advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise financial planning tool experience
Strong financial modeling, critical thinking, and data synthesis capabilities
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Business partnering and stakeholder influencing ability in matrixed environments
Independent workstream leadership from definition through delivery
