What You'll Be Doing

• Process and manage a high volume of purchase orders with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements to ensure order accuracy.
• Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within internal systems and Excel-based reports.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding orders, updates, and discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve pricing, inventory, and order-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Support operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
• Serve as a key communication link between suppliers, operations, and sales teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, order management, supply chain, logistics, or related operations roles.
• Proven experience handling high-volume workloads with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with pricing, quantities, and data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Macros preferred
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, purchasing platforms, EDI, or ticketing systems is a plus.
