Job Details Job Location: Trench Shoring - San Diego Location - San Diego, CA 92126 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.78 - $28.17 Hourly Travel Percentage: Negligible Trench Shoring is a family owned and operated company. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing yard work and delivering equipment to job sites while maintaining safety and operational compliance. The environment is fast paced and requires strong attention to detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the delivery and unloading of equipment at customer job sites in a safe and timely manner. Follow TSC policies and procedures to ensure the job is done properly and safely. Assist with the coordination of delivery schedules using the most time‑efficient routes. May be assigned to jobs that require working after regular hours. Effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, dispatchers and supervisors. Provide a high level of customer service while on all job sites. Occasional local travel during the workday. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid and clean commercial Class C Driver’s License issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Crane certification preferred; if not certified at the time of employment, the company will train for crane‑certified operations. Capable of reading, understanding and following company procedures. Forklift operation and welding experience desirable. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
