Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another agency for many years, gaining firsthand experience helping customers and learning what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused business. I attended California State University, Northridge and am the proud parent of one son. Community involvement is a big part of who I am, and I enjoy supporting local youth sports teams, community events, and organizations that make a difference for local families. Account Associate

for Walkiria Zarei - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
