Trust Accounting Associate

We are partnered with an entertainment company that is looking for a Temp- to- Hire Accountant. The position is hybrid in Century City. Pay: $28-$34/ hour Responsibilities: Log and maintain booking reports; process payments and generate invoices Apply deposits for upcoming events Settle shows based on agent numbers and release payments to clients Maintain and update master release grid (deposits, settlements, etc.) Collect and enter updates on prior booking reports Review unclaimed and held checks/wires and identify resolution Handle funds-on-hold, open booking, and invoice follow-up Attach supporting documentation to payments and file documents on a timely basis Provide information as requested by agent offices and coordinators Support system and process improvement projects Escalate issues to Accounting Supervisor as needed The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
