Selling District Sales Manager

The Selling District Sales Manager – What is it? The Selling District Sales Manager (Selling DSM) is temporarily responsible for developing and growing a sales territory while learning our sales process, product knowledge, leadership expectations, and company training methods. In this role, you will actively manage accounts, prospect new business, build customer relationships, and drive territory growth through a combination of sales and service activities. This position is designed as a development path into a full District Sales Manager role. As you achieve agreed‑upon goals for territory growth and performance, you will transition into the full responsibilities of a District Sales Manager, including leadership and expanded territory management opportunities.
