We value leaders who embrace challenges, pursue excellence, and have the creativity and discipline to turn exceptional ideas into memorable guest experiences.Inside Tip:If you are a creative mixologist who knows how to create exquisitely elegant and memorable experiences for guests; if you are methodical, proactive, intuitive, innovative, and responsible; and if you have the ability to lead a highly engaged and driven team—you may be precisely the leader we are looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of bar and beverage operations, including menu development, programming, service, and quality.Create innovative cocktails and beverage experiences aligned with the property's culinary vision.Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, beverage costs, and budgets.Analyze sales and develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments on programming and guest experiences.Maintain exceptional standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.Stay ahead of beverage trends and continuously introduce new ideas and experiences.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a senior beverage or bar leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, cost control, and revenue management.Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.Exceptional communication and guest-service skills.Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.This is an opportunity for a creative leader and hospitality professional to shape an exceptional beverage program within a world-class luxury environment.If you love a challenge, embrace innovation, and excel when the expectations are high, we'd love to meet you.The salary range for this position is $110K - $120K.
