In this role you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure our building remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to build a long-term career with a growing organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot and repair building systems, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issuesMaintain clean, safe, and functional service departments, showrooms, offices, and common areasComplete painting, drywall repairs, and other general building maintenance projectsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issuesMaintain maintenance supplies, equipment, and work areas while following all safety proceduresQualificationsAt least two years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or general handyman experience requiredMust have commercial maintenance experienceExperience performing light plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs requiredWorking knowledge of hand and power tools, building systems, and repair techniquesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the dayValid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independentlyAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningCompensation & PerksCompetitive Pay: $20/hour (DOE)Opportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented workplaceEmployee discounts and assistance programsVolunteer opportunities and employee engagement programsClosed on SundaysBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionsLife insurancePaid time off and holidaysSubmit your application for consideration.
