- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Assemble and weld various plumbing components as required.
- Read blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus for roles requiring transportation of materials.
- Experience in blueprint reading and understanding plumbing schematics is essential.
- Previous maintenance person or carpentry experience is beneficial for comprehensive project execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
