Base Pay $68,640.00 / Year Job Category Retail Store Manager, Specialty Retail, General Manager Industry Retail, Hospitality, Specialty Retail Employee Type Full-Time Exempt Manage Others Yes Key Responsibilities Lead daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper coverage Oversee visual merchandising and marketing initiatives Ensure strict compliance with Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations and company policies Conduct audits for timesheets and inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies Manage cash handling processes, including cash drops and courier pick-ups Address escalated customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Open and close the store in alignment with company procedures Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions Build strong relationships with both staff and customers Qualifications Must be 21+ years of age Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience (retail preferred) Knowledge of cannabis compliance laws strongly preferred Bilingual skills a plus Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Solid math and cash-handling skills Reliable transportation and full open availability Ability to commit to a minimum 50-hour work week Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noisy environments Regular exposure to cleaning agents and standard workplace materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
