Strategy Consultant

Experienced strategy consultants with a background from top-tier firms will find a part-time remote opportunity to build realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria for training AI systems. Key responsibilities Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios based on real engagement dynamics Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and solutions for AI output evaluation Required qualifications 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables High attention to logical consistency and output quality Independent, self-directed working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
