About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support the establishment of scalable processes in a growing healthcare environment. The CFO will be responsible for leading companywide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, as well as preparing and presenting financial reports to support decision-making. This role also involves overseeing month-end close activities, advising on capital planning strategies, and providing guidance on multi-state and international tax matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a CFO or senior financial leadership role, with a strong background in financial management, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, advisory, and hands-on capacity. Applicants for the fractional CFO position at the company should have a background in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis, with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations. Expertise in financial reporting, month-end close oversight, and knowledge of capital management for emerging companies is essential. The role requires experience in handling multi-state tax requirements and international tax compliance, as well as the ability to assess and improve finance-related workflows, people structures, and business systems.
