About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, with a focus on supporting business growth, innovation, and long-term value creation. This role involves leading capital markets and fundraising activities, ensuring public company compliance and reporting, and serving as the primary liaison for investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital healthcare, a proven track record in investment banking, Wall Street finance, Big 4 audit, and executive-level leadership at publicly traded companies. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing all financial operations, leading M&A and LBO opportunities, and implementing financial controls and risk mitigation strategies. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with deep capital markets expertise, experience in IPOs, and a strong understanding of SEC reporting, GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate governance. The CFO will also be expected to partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to shape corporate strategy and drive financial decision-making. A minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, an MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school, and previous experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a publicly traded company are mandatory.
