About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the organization, including advising on financial matters, leading the development of financial metrics, and ensuring transparent financial reporting. This role is pivotal in aligning finance, technology, and data to support the company's growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial management. Experience in a highly regulated, operationally complex organization, such as affordable housing, real estate, or government, is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities for the CFO include financial planning, reporting, and operations, as well as compliance and risk management. The successful candidate will also be involved in external relations, representing the company with various stakeholders, and will play a critical role in organizational leadership and talent development. The CFO will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to the mission of the organization. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high-performing team, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach are essential.
