This is a role that will travel between 3 offices in the Burlington County area We offer mileage reimbursement! Dental Receptionist Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escal Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments Register patients from sign in sheet Post charges and payments to patient accounts Maintain the waiting area for patients Perform other tasks as necessary Qualifications: Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment Experience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is required Proven customer service skills Strong communication and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of insurance plans preferred Experience with Denticon is preferred Eastern Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer COVID-19 considerations: The safety of our employees and patients is our number one priority and we are following all Dental Association and CDC recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr EASTERN DENTAL OF BURLINGTON LLC
