Accounts Receivable & Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Process and manage EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments. Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Manage and monitor Chase bank accounts and transactions. Prepare and send invoices to fleet companies. Write daily business checks as needed. Process and pay office bills on time. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily office operations. Qualifications: Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping (QuickBooks is a must), and office administration. Knowledge of EFT payments and banking procedures. Experience with Chase banking services is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
