???? Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
???? Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour
???? Status: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

As a Patient Advocate at Greater Seacoast Community Health (GSCH) , you’ll be a vital part of our mission-driven team—helping patients navigate their care with compassion, professionalism, and heart. Every interaction you have makes a real impact in someone’s healthcare journey.

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Explain services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options.

• Educate patients about deposits, balances, and payment plans.

• Collect and reconcile deposits and co-pays.

• Verify insurance and patient information, and update required paperwork.

• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

• Refer uninsured patients to Outreach & Enrollment for assistance.

• Connect patients to additional support services when needed.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-office operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior customer service or front-office experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• A compassionate, patient-focused approach.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Employees working 32+ hours/week receive full benefits; those working 24–31 hours/week receive prorated benefits.
