Hybrid HR Specialist: People & Policy Support

Kleinfelder in Denver is seeking an HR Specialist to support a broad range of HR programs in a hybrid work setting. You will partner with managers, coordinate benefits and compensation activities, and help implement corporate policies under guidance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of HR experience, an Associate’s degree or HR certificate, and knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, and ERISA.
