People Operations & HR Admin Specialist (Onsite)

Datalabusa is seeking a detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support our people operations primarily in our Westminster, CO office. This in-office position works closely with the HR team and covers the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to employee development. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, experience with ATS and HRIS, and knowledge of employment laws. The role includes onboarding, compliance support, and benefits administration.
