Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our innovative platform alongside your network to discover prospective healthcare candidates

* Engage with potential candidates, introducing MLR's opportunities and assessing their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring process

* Keep up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Qualifications for Success

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* A proactive and self-driven attitude - you dictate your day, rather than the reverse

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. There's no limit to your earning potential; the sky's the limit!

Your earnings will reflect your real contributions:

* Commissions for each qualified meeting you arrange
