Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at New Britain | New Britain, CT $33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of the therapy team at Autumn Lake at New Britain. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping residents improve mobility, confidence, and independence throughout their recovery. What You'll Do Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, transfers, and functional mobility Follow established treatment plans and support individualized rehabilitation goals Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce safe mobility techniques and exercise programs with residents and caregivers Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time Work collaboratively with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $33–$36/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities Supportive interdisciplinary therapy team Diverse rehabilitation caseload Opportunities for career growth Qualifications Active Connecticut PTA license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
