Location: Plano, TX – Onsite

Long Term Contract

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in administering and supporting the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have experience managing users, configuring Salesforce features, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes.
• Support data imports, exports, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide end-user support.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform system testing and support Salesforce releases and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and processes.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of user management, security model, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Flows, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with Data Loader and data management activities.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce security and permissions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
