Partner with senior leadership of engineering firms to drive quality, innovation, and capacity alignment with QISG needs. Support and influence business development strategy by providing executive‑level engineering input into pursuits, proposals, and risk reviews. Participate in key client engagements as an engineering authority and trusted advisor. Ensure engineering approaches are scalable, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Drive innovation and efficiency in engineering delivery through standardized processes, digital tools, and emerging technologies. Partner with Quanta Engineering and Construction OpUs to harmonize best practices and eliminate inefficiencies.
