A busy commercial real estate office in Webster, MA is looking to add a proactive, detail oriented individual for AP Functions, periodic billing and general office support. This is-person position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working on a variety of projects at once.

A/P-Accounting Functions:

• Input and correctly code invoices to QuickBooks, prepare weekly check runs and make online payments as needed for multiple companies.
• Prepare periodic utility reimbursement billings and other miscellaneous bills.
• Utilize QuickBooks for light bookkeeping tasks.

Administrative Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain control lists and spreadsheet files
• Ensure timely annual filings for multiple entities
• Prepare and coordinate special projects as needed
• Organization and upkeep of filing systems
• Participate in day-to-day office operations
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
• Maintain office supply inventory

Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong computer skills, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
• Two years' experience in bookkeeping in an office environment
• High attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

Flexible hours, 20-30 per week as workload dictates. Paid vacation and 401k match after 6 months of employment. Compensation commensurate with experience.
