Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that residents receive individualized attention and support

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Earn up to $37.09/hour based on license and experience
