Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM Start (40+ hours/week)

Job Overview

Looking to get into the trades or grow your carpentry skills? Join a busy construction crew working on commercial projects in and around Hagerstown. You’ll learn framing, installation, and job site basics while working alongside experienced carpenters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, window installs, and general carpentry work
• Use hand and power tools on active job sites
• Measure, cut, and prep materials
• Follow directions from lead carpenters and foremen
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
• Travel with crew to job sites (local work)

Requirements

• Some construction or labor experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors
• Show up on time and ready to work

Nice to Have

• Basic tool knowledge
• Framing or carpentry experience
• OSHA certification

This is a Contract position based out of Funkstown, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
