HVAC Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator$22–$27/Hour + Bonus Opportunities | Reading, MAJoin a Longstanding Local HVAC TeamCooling Unlimited has been serving customers throughout Middlesex County since 1986. We're looking for a dependable, organized HVAC Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians, and daily schedules moving in the right direction.This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you'll be the first point of contact for customers while also helping coordinate the field team. You'll balance incoming calls, appointment scheduling, technician communication, and customer follow-up throughout the day.If you're someone who stays calm when things get busy, communicates well, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything organized, you'll have an opportunity to make a real impact here.What You'll Be Responsible ForAnswer incoming customer calls and determine the appropriate next stepsSchedule HVAC service and maintenance appointmentsCoordinate technician schedules and daily routesCommunicate appointment updates between customers and field techniciansPrioritize urgent service requests and adjust schedules as neededFollow up with customers regarding completed service and future needsHelp promote maintenance agreements and support customer retentionComplete general administrative and office support dutiesWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, inside sales, or a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization and the ability to manage competing prioritiesComfortable handling a high volume of calls and frequent schedule changesConfident using computers and common office programs, including Word, Excel, and OutlookTyping speed of 30+ WPMReliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership when things get busyExperience That Will Help You Stand OutBackground in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another skilled tradePrevious experience coordinating technicians or service appointmentsFamiliarity with ServiceTitan or comparable scheduling/dispatch softwareInside sales or customer retention experiencePay: $22–$27 hourly, depending on experience; with bonus opportunitiesSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat we offer:401(k) with 3% company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurance - 50% employer-paid100% employer-paid life insuranceShort- and long-term disability coveragePaid holidays, PTO, and sick timePaid birthday offWhy Join Us?You'll play an important role in keeping the entire service operation running smoothly.
