Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Must hold active SLPA licensure in Connecticut
• Previous experience in school settings is required

• Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision
• Skilled in working with diverse student populations and various communication needs
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students as directed by supervising SLP
• Support implementation of therapy goals and activities targeted toward student growth
• Collect and document data on student progress and interventions
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff, families, and supervisors
• Adapt activities and materials to suit students’ individual communication needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress discussions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school/district policies
