RemX is hiring a Transaction Review Specialist for a growing company in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying errors, and helping ensure transactions are processed accurately.
Location: Duluth, GA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $45,000–$47,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Review transactions for accuracy
- Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile information across multiple systems
- Review commissions and identify revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with operational and financial reporting
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Support process improvements and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an office, customer service, financial, or operations support role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel and computer skills
- Experience reviewing data, processing transactions, or reconciling information preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
