The Security Professional will conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior) in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Dress Code: Business Casual / Business Professional To facilitate a successful interview process at the event, we encourage all attendees to bring a printed copy of their resume Hiring For Part Time Security Officers Full Time Security Officers Flex Security Officers Pay Range: $19.25/HR Candidates must have open availability Candidates MUST be 19+ Years Old Candidates MUST have Valid Drivers License that must be held for 1 full year with no interruptions, cannot have more than 1 violation within a 2-year period on their driving record Candidates MUST be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and consent to complete and pass a drug screen Candidates with prior 1+ Years of security experience OR military/correctional officer experience OR law enforcment experience is highly preferred Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including production spaces, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned. Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity at the location. Support daily operations by observing workplace conditions, reporting hazards, and/or assisting with orderly responses to disruptions, deliveries, or visitor-related matters. Qualifications (must Have) Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
