Total annual compensation: $85,000-$116,000

• Annual base salary: $85,000-$100,000
• Annual individual bonus: $7,000 – $16,000 (paid monthly)

What you'll do:

• Conduct virtual assessments & develop treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians & provide parent training.
• Monitor client progress & adjust interventions.
• Maintain clinical documentation.

What you need:

Active BCBA certification & master's degree.

Experience in telehealth ABA (preferred).

Strong communication & organizational skills.

Qualifications

Education requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
