Position: Part-Time BCBA (Afternoon Availability Required)
Fully Remote *Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of Georgia border*
Schedule: Part-Time, Morning/Afternoon schedule
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000+ Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates!

Ongoing Training & Clinical Support
Flexible, Remote Work Environment
Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
