About the Role:

• Provides customer service and acts as first point-of-contact by greeting and checking-in members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides customer service to LifeBridge Health and Fitness members.
• Greets members while maintaining a smile and eye contact.
• Checks-in member upon their entrance into the facility.
• Schedules appointments for members, when necessary.
• Performs Point of Sale transactions.
• Distributes Guest Registration and enters necessary information into the system.
• Answers phone promptly and professionally.
• Maintains a clean work environment by keeping work area clean and free of clutter.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience: Prior experience
• License/Certification: Heartsaver CPR AED within 3 months
