Description: Admit to Discharge Therapist – PRN Outpatient & Home Care | Flexible Weekdays $55.00 per hour Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring PRN therapists for our Admit to Discharge model, providing outpatient and home care services with maximum schedule flexibility.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois therapy license
• Experience in outpatient or home care helpful
