Job Description Handle asbestos, toxic tort, and products liability litigation matters from case inception through resolution Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions Independently manage a litigation caseload and drive cases forward Monitor case files and deadlines to ensure matters stay on track Investigate facts and legal issues to help determine causes of action and support case strategy Assist with document review and case analysis Conduct depositions and attend hearings in various counties and courthouses Work closely with the team on defense strategy, case development, and litigation execution Qualifications Active Illinois Bar license in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience Deposition experience required Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Toxic tort or asbestos experience preferred Missouri license is a plus Ability to manage cases with increasing independence and responsibility Why You Will Love Working Here You'll be part of a team that values high-quality legal work, strong mentorship, and steady professional growth.
