Associate Attorney - Toxic Tort

Job Overview A law firm seeks a licensed Associate Attorney with over two years of experience to join their Toxic Tort and Products Liability Litigation team in Edwardsville, IL. The position offers hybrid work options to support work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources. Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution. Monitor case files to ensure compliance with deadlines. Assist with document review and analysis. Conduct depositions and attend court hearings in various locations. Requirements Good standing with the Illinois bar; dual licensure in Missouri preferred. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Deposition experience, preferably in Toxic Tort cases. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Skills Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
