Pay & Benefits * $19.00/hour during training and orientation * $20–$24/hour after training * Weekly pay * Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible part-time and full-time employees * Paid training and orientation * Introduction to clients before starting shifts * Shadowing opportunities available * Mileage reimbursement between clients (when shifts are within 2 hours of each other) * Growth and advancement opportunities within the company Shift Availability We proudly serve clients throughout all of Oahu. Caregiver Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: * Personal care assistance * Companionship and emotional support * Transportation to appointments and errands * Light housekeeping * Stand-by assistance and mobility support * Pet care and home support Qualifications * NA Certificate and/or CNA License required * Experience preferred, but not required * Ability to lift up to 35 lbs * Ability to stoop, bend, and remain on your feet for the majority of the shift * Compassionate, patient, and reliable * Strong communication skills and flexibility Why Join Griswold Home Care?
