Role Description

As an Account Representative and Insurance Sales Team Member at Angie Lewis State Farm Agency, you will play a key role in daily agency operations and customer success. You'll build meaningful client relationships, identify insurance and financial needs, and act as a trusted advisor by marketing and selling the right State Farm insurance and financial products within your role and licensing scope.

This is also a sales-focused position-we're looking for people who are personable, sales-driven, and community-focused. If you want to grow into an insurance and financial services expert, you'll receive coaching and training to build a strong sales clientele and earn at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase retention and agency growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm insurance products to both new and existing clients.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a service-first mindset.
• Prospect new clients through calling, networking, and follow-up on leads.
• Manage and convert agency-provided leads into customers.
• Represent the agency in the community through events, fairs, and outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and building rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient with computer applications and willing to learn agency management software.

Compensation: $40,000,100,000.00 per year
